Port 32 Marina

Jezerinac Group is the Engineer of Record for the design of the deep foundation system, slabs-on-ground, and load-bearing CMU walls in addition to providing threshold inspection services for Port 32 Marina, a new marine facility located in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

The project includes three pre-engineered metal buildings: Building A, a two-story, 6,500 SF Ship’s Store serving as the retail and administrative hub of the marina; Building B, a 47,000 SF high-bay drystack building featuring a two-story mezzanine “showroom” for vessel display; and Building C, a 67,000 SF drystack and amenities building supporting marina operations.
