Jezerinac Group provided structural design services for a five-story, 68,000-SF mixed-use building located in the heart of Lake Nona, Florida. The structure includes shell office and retail space, integrated parking, and two ground-level drive-throughs to support future tenant flexibility and convenience.
The building is framed using a composite structural steel system and enclosed with a contemporary glass and metal panel façade. To support the structure, a shallow foundation system was designed to bear on improved soils using the vibro-replacement method, providing a stable and resilient base for long-term performance.
Our team coordinated closely with the design and construction teams to deliver a flexible and durable structural system suited for the demands of a growing urban district.
