Gray Motorsports

Jezerinac Group provided structural engineering services for the Gray Motor Sports warehouse facility, a primarily one-story building totaling approximately 43,000 SF, including a 3,000 SF mezzanine in Jupiter, Florida.

The structure featured a curved front façade and a monoslope roof sloping from front to back. The design utilized concrete tilt-up exterior walls, structural steel joists and beams, a shallow foundation, and a soil-supported slab-on-grade.
