Palm Beach County Medical Examiner’s Office Expansion and Renovation

Jezerinac Group is providing structural design services for the Palm Beach County Medical Examiner’s Office Expansion in West Palm Beach, Florida.

The project includes a new 36,000 SF administrative and autopsy building to support current and future operational needs, as well as a multi-level parking structure for up to 1,000 vehicles and renovation of the existing 5,815 SF office facility, repurposing it into a morgue. Our scope also includes a structural condition assessment and code review of the existing buildings to guide their reuse as part of the expanded facility. All structures are being hardened to meet required wind loads for emergency operations facilities.

Jezerinac Group is collaborating with Netta Architects, with the project currently in the design phase.
