Nora District West Palm Beach

Jezerinac Group served as the structural engineer for the transformative NoRA Development in West Palm Beach, a $1 billion mixed-use district from the same team that redeveloped Miami’s Wynwood neighborhood. Spanning 156,000 SF, NoRA is a bold example of adaptive reuse, blending historic charm with modern design through restaurants, retail, office space, and public parks.

Our structural scope included 14 buildings—three new construction and eleven adaptive reuse. The oldest building dates back to 1925, requiring thoughtful structural solutions to meet today’s standards without compromising character. We used a combination of CMU, structural steel, and composite decks to retrofit and reinforce the existing buildings, ensuring long-term performance and durability.

Jezerinac Group was heavily involved throughout the construction administration process, coordinating closely with the design and construction teams to integrate new structural systems with existing and historically significant elements.
