Jezerinac Group is providing structural design services for the renovation of the existing two-story, 42,131 SF Starability project in Naples, Florida.

Our scope includes demolition and reconstruction of a 6,000 SF entrance structure to accommodate a new reception area, vestibule, covered entry, and office space on the ground floor, along with a second-floor lobby, donor lounge, and balcony. A clerestory tower rises to a 1,600 SF high roof, and a 1,400 SF porte cochere is included at the main entrance. Additional services include foundation design for a 4,800 SF covered parking area, temporary ground-floor access between wings, support for a large roof-hung pendant, evaluation of existing conditions, and design of structural support for folding partitions at the second floor.
