AdventHealth Rome Emperors Ballpark

Jezerinac Group provided structural design services for the expansion and renovation of a 5,105-seat ballpark for the Atlanta Braves Minor League affiliate, the Rome Emporers.

The improvements consisted of the addition to the existing team store, the expansion of a promotional storage room, a new roof profile behind home plate, the addition of an enclosed club area on an existing outdoor terrace, the creation of two terraced dining areas, the addition of a new ticket and restroom building, and the upgrade of two entry gates. The new enclosed club area required a complete re-analysis of an entire building segment due to the addition of significantly greater gravity and lateral loads.

Through this detailed analysis, Jezerinac Group was able to minimize the necessary retrofits, thus diverting the budget to further facility upgrades. This project has been completed with our client Pendulum.
