Amrit Ocean Resort and Residences

The Amrit Ocean Resort and Residences is a modern, contemporary residential property located on Singer Island in Riviera Beach, FL. This project includes the construction of a main tower over three levels of parking. The high-rise condominium project offers 15 stories of residential living with 182 residential units overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

Within this exceptional property, the third level presents a sprawling landscaped amenities deck, featuring two full-size swimming pools, hot tubs, pavilion, as well as other recreation amenities. Notably, the first level boasts a 5,400 sf open ballroom designed with a soaring 20-foot ceiling. The ballroom has a composite steel and concrete roof structure supporting the accessible deck. The project required special consideration for the basement-level parking which is below the water table.

OUR SOLUTION:  To address the challenge of the “below water table” basement level parking area, the Jezerinac Group used a hydrostatic slab that incorporated the pile foundations for the columns and the sheer walls of the building. This unique foundation design required a monolithic concrete pour, a process which involved multiple trucks working many hours to complete.
