Berkeley Preparatory Academy

Jezerinac Group designed a state-of-the-art field house for a private high school in Tampa, in collaboration with Hastings & Chivetta Architects. The 57,000 square-foot facility encompassed a multi-purpose gymnasium, locker rooms, and second-floor fitness classrooms, creating a comprehensive sports and wellness center for students. The design also included administrative spaces to support school staff and athletic programs. Beyond the main building, the project extended to several smaller structures, including maintenance buildings, concession stands, and a guardhouse, ensuring a complete and functional athletic complex. This design not only addressed the school’s immediate needs, but also provided a flexible space for a wide range of activities and events.
