Lee Health ICU Expansion

Jezerinac Group provided inspection and evaluation of a one-story, 10,000 square foot vertical expansion to the existing ICU building at the Lee Health Cape Coral Hospital. The existing structure, built to accommodate vertical expansion seamlessly, required no retrofits for the existing columns or foundations.

Our project scope involved inspection and assessment of the proposed expansion, ensuring compliance with structural integrity standards and local building codes.
