Major Utility Provider PGA Office Center Phase I

Jezerinac Group provided peer review services for the corporate headquarters building of a major Florida Utility provider.

The six-story corporate headquarters building has four levels of office space above a two-story, double-height atrium, entry, and amenities space and includes a connected three-story precast concrete parking garage with solar arrays on the top level that provide cover for automobiles. The office building is approximately 270,000 SF and the parking garage is approximately 295,000 SF with 730 parking spaces.

Jezerinac Group’s comprehensive peer review process included a building code review, a review for structural safety/adequacy, and an extensive value engineering review that resulted in vast project savings while not compromising the building’s safety or performance.
