Marco Island Tax Collector

Jezerinac Group provided structural design services for the Marco Island Tax Collector’s office in Marco Island, Florida.

The project is replacing an existing building which was damaged during Hurricane Ian. The project is a single story, 3,000 SF office building consisting of engineered steel roof trusses on load bearing CMU walls and concrete columns. The ground floor slab and foundations are ground supported. The ground floor slab is elevated with stem walls above the FEMA flood elevation.
