Palm Beach County Tax Collector

Jezerinac Group served as the Engineer of Record for the structural design of a one-story, 24,000 SF service center for the Palm Beach County Constitutional Tax Collector in Westlake, Florida.

The building includes a large lobby, transaction windows, offices, meeting and break rooms. The building was designed utilizing shallow foundations, reinforced masonry bearing walls, steel bar joist roofs, and a curved glass facade with secondary steel supports. The building is clad with stucco, metal panels, louvers, doors, windows, and a multi-ply bitumen roofing system.

The project cost was approximately $6M and was completed with our client, Song + Associates, Inc.
