Jezerinac Group worked with Swedroe Architecture to design The Navona, a 22-story high-rise condominium project at The Colony in Pelican Bay. This 320,000 square-foot building features a structural system of post-tensioned concrete floor and roof slabs, providing both strength and flexibility, supported by concrete columns and shear walls for stability and load-bearing capacity. The foundation employs a pile-supported system, ensuring a solid base to support the high-rise structure. This engineering approach offers durability and resilience, making The Navona a reliable and sophisticated addition to the Pelican Bay skyline. Jezerinac Group’s involvement underscored its expertise in high-rise construction, providing innovative solutions for complex structural challenges.
