Jezerinac Group collaborated with Architectural Network, Inc. on the Sunset Cove project, a 7-story mid-rise condominium located on Marco Island. The 100,000 square-foot structure features post-tensioned concrete floor and roof slabs, ensuring strength and flexibility, supported by concrete columns and shear walls to maintain stability and load distribution. The foundation consists of a pile-supported system, providing a solid base tailored to the coastal environment of Marco Island. This engineering approach guarantees resilience and durability, crucial for a mid-rise structure in a high-wind and flood-prone area.
