Jezerinac Group is serving as the Structural Engineer of Record for this ambulatory surgery and medical office building in West Palm Beach, FL.
The seven-story, 190,000 SF building has four levels of medical programming, three-levels of structured parking, a landscaped roof deck, and rooftop mechanical plant. Jezerinac Group collaborated closely with the architectural teams of Arcadis, Perkins & Will, and NYU Langone Health to ensure that the structure aligned seamlessly with various program requirements. This involved meticulous coordination to accommodate vibration response for magnetic imaging equipment and operating rooms, MEP systems, and the building’s drift response for cladding performance.
The design prioritized both functionality and constructability, aiming to create a facility that meets the highest standards of modern medical practice. This project is currently under construction.
