Jezerinac Group provided structural design services for the 325,000 SF, 8-story, 270-unit multi-family residential/workforce housing building in West Palm Beach, Florida. The project is inclusive of ground floor lobby and retail, parking on multiple levels for 260 cars, and a roof deck pool in the Northwood Village neighborhood.

Jezerinac Group designed a mixed-system facility with a post-tensioned parking structure adjacent to a tunnel-formed concrete residential building with transfer areas over lobby and public dining space. The project looks to prioritize the workforce units for teachers, county workers, and first responders and is currently under construction.
