Education Foundation of Palm Beach County HQ

Jezerinac Group provided structural design services for The Education Foundation of Palm Beach County Headquarters in Lake Worth, Florida. Our scope included design of a single-story office building and warehouse spanning 35,000 SF intended to serve as the organization’s new headquarters. Jezerinac Group undertook the task of designing the facility, working within a compressed project schedule to deliver results efficiently and effectively.

The structural design incorporated elements to accommodate office spaces, administrative areas, and warehouse functionalities seamlessly. Attention was paid to optimizing the layout for workflow efficiency and maximizing space utilization, all while ensuring structural integrity and compliance with relevant building codes and standards. Throughout the project, close collaboration was maintained to ensure that the design met their expectations and operational requirements.
